Mixed Media Weaving

Completed the weaving and mounted it on rust colored felt and layered it on a stretched canvas. I added a wrapped embroidery hoop and a lavender twig adorned with a finger knitted band of yarn. It reminds me of a landscape in it’s final iteration.
